The Power of Karma Yoga in Real life

In Mahabharat, Arjuna was facing the biggest crises and problems although he was trained by the best Guru, he was a valiant Kshatriya and extraordinary person yet he was having doubts,he was confused in life that what is the right course of action. In such situations, the greatness of man lies in whom do we approach when we face a crisis. As in Bhagwata Gita, it is mentioned that Arjuna surrendered to Krishna fully and completely. There and then Krishna told him  the fundamental truth i.e We are not this body but we are the spiritual soul. How can we gain sustained happiness, how can we overcome the miseries of life? Such doubts were cleared by the Supreme Lord. The popular purport of explaining the relevance of Karma Yoga i.e.

न हि कश्चित्क्षणमपि जातु तिष्ठत्यकर्मकृत् ।
कार्यते ह्यवशः कर्म सर्वः प्रकृतिजैर्गुणैः ॥ ५ ॥
na hi kaścit kṣaṇam api
jātu tiṣṭhaty akarma-kṛt
kāryate hy avaśaḥ karma
sarvaḥ prakṛti-jair guṇai
Everyone is forced to act helplessly according to the qualities he has acquired from the modes of material nature; therefore no one can refrain from doing something, not even for a moment.

This means that constantly we are acting even if in sleep also we are acting. We cannot stop the activities and we are constantly driven to act. so renunciation is very difficult. Renunciation means to give up. What is real renunciation and what is fake renunciation, What is true renunciation?... The answer to this question is that True renunciation means that let us be detached from external possessiveness and detached from enjoying tendencies... One must follow the Yoga ladder.

The yoga ladder starts from Materialist life(animalistic), Karma Kandis(Lifelike a human being), and Karma Yoga(Ist step of Yoga)..The characteristics in each step is as follows:

Materialistic people- Animalistic nature, no belief in Vedas, only enjoyment propensity

Karma Kandis- accept Vedas, use them for own enjoyment, not inclined for supreme Lord

Karma Yogis- Accepts Supreme Lord, interested in spiritual life...Karmas are Sakama(with desires, selfish motive, offers part to the supreme lord ) and Nishkama Yoga(without desire).....Here are great leaders and artists who are the devotees of the Bhagwat Gita.

Moral: Internal transformation is necessary, not the change of dress, perform your prescribed duties for His(Supreme Lord) satisfaction, conquer lust be engaging senses, chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra and Read Bhagwat Gita
